Danny Patt is a recording engineer and producer based out of Chicago, Illinois. From an early age, Danny was surrounded by music. From James Brown to the Beatles and from Jackie Wilson to Nirvana, Danny’s musical identity was formed with incredible range. This identity has since grown to become versed in a wide range of music genres which he enjoys both listening to and recording. Danny is a multi-instrumentalist and has engineering, mixing, editing, and production expertise in vocal, instrument, podcast, and live band recording. He also has experience with sound design and audio post-production. Danny graduated from Columbia College Chicago with Summa Cum Laude honors, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering and a Minor in Music Business. Danny strives to create a comfortable and fun environment for each artist or band while getting the most out of the time that you will have. He strongly believes that creating music is a healing experience and will go to any length to make sure the final product is the best it can be! Danny is currently a staff recording and mixing engineer, and producer at Gravity Studios in Wicker Park, Chicago. Since becoming a staff engineer, Danny has worked with artists and bands such as Rise Against, Beach Bunny, Phoelix, Fredo Disco, Angélica Garcia, Rotundos, Provider, Sun Queen, Getting Started, Legacy Films, Kidd G, and more.
